The publication's design goal was to create a blend of luxury and functionality. A blue-pearl palette, drawn from the night sky, was used for its calming yet sophisticated tone, complemented by golden accents to emphasize elegance.
Key details include tracing paper layers to communicate architectural plans and add dimension to the rendered visuals, along with a tri-fold layout to present the duplex apartment plan in an engaging format.
The embossed golden foil cover, featuring constellation-inspired graphics, serves as a visual anchor—bringing together the design’s focus on modern aesthetics and purposeful storytelling.
